Further Events Update
Due to the current lockdown resulting from the spread of COVID-19 and the uncertainty that lies ahead in the coming months, we have been forced to cancel the Sports Awards Dinner, the Societies Awards Dinner and Summer Ball.
We’re very sad to have taken this step and it’s not one that we took lightly, but we’re sure that you can understand that there was no other choice at this stage.
While we can’t hold these events in ‘real life’ so to speak, we wouldn’t dream of going a year without recognising all of the incredible achievements that you’ve all made as members of clubs and societies. With that in mind, the Sports Awards and the Societies’ Awards will still be going ahead and will be announced online rather than at a dinner/physical event. We’re releasing the nominations packs for the Societies Awards on Monday and we'll be sharing the Sports Clubs Awards nominations tomorrow, so keep your eyes out for them and start thinking about who deserves to win one of the awards!
All tickets will be refunded, and this will happen via the following means:
Online ticket sales
This process has already started, and all ticket refunds should be back in the account you paid from within 10 working days from the time of writing.
Office ticket sales
You will receive an email shortly with further details on how to claim your refund.
