We’ve now sold all of the tickets for the Outdoor Cinema event in Reconnect Week. If you didn’t get a ticket, there will potentially be more tickets available at 7pm next Tuesday 18 May if any of our ticket holders can’t make it. You can put your name on this list to be first to hear about this.

If you bought an Outdoor Cinema ticket, you will be emailed to confirm if you’re definitely still coming next Monday 17 May at 6pm. We’re doing this to make sure that everyone gets a chance to come, and to give those who can’t come along the chance to free up their ticket. The email will be sent to the email address that your account is in on stmaryssu.co.uk, so make sure you’re checking that account for this on that date and time. Make sure you check your ‘focused’ inbox in addition to your junk email too as there’s a chance that the email will go there. The email will give you a form which you can use to confirm attendance – you’ll then have until 6pm on Tuesday 18 May to fill this in and confirm that you’re coming along. On the night, just show up at 8.15pm and bring your student ID to get in!

The form will also ask you to name who’s coming along with you if you bought more than one ticket, so you’ll need to have decided that by Monday and you’ll need to give the full names and regnums of those that you’re bringing. They must be current students at St Mary’s, and your list needs to be final - we’ll be checking student IDs on the night, so the names you put down can’t be swapped after you’ve filled in this form. If you’re not sure whether you can come or not by the time you receive this email on Monday, we’d ask that you please free up your tickets and give students who are definitely going to be able to come along the chance to attend.

If you can’t make it and choose to free up your tickets for other students, or if we don’t hear from you by 6pm on Tuesday, we’ll put the tickets you bought back on sale for other students at 7pm on Tuesday. We’ll be selling them up until 7pm on Wednesday, or until they sell out if this happens before.
