The Yoga society is open to all. You don't have to be "flexible" or able to touch your toes, just come along and reap the benefits that Yoga offers. If you're ever feeling anxious or overwhelmed, we can teach you some techniques that will calm your mind and help you to gather your thoughts. As well as feeling relaxed and clearer, Yoga also gives you adrenaline and makes you feel alive! We aim to meet every fortnight and our sessions will include passive stretching, injury prevention techniques, massage with different types of essential oils as well as practicing mindfulness.
