Who we are

Strength is an all-inclusive club that invites people of any background or strength level to join. The club prides ourselves on the warm and motivating training environment we have. We have people that compete in a variety of strength sports including Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman. We have access to competition grade equipment and experienced coaches’ multiple times a week which allow our athletes to train to their full potential.
