The Students’ Union Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be taking place on Tuesday 14th May at 4pm in K217/222. This is your chance to have your say on what your Union is doing – you can scrutinise our accounts, affiliations, Officer Team and CEO to make sure that we’re doing the best job possible for you.

 

The meeting will include the following agenda items:

  • Ratification of minutes of the previous annual Student Members’ meeting
  • A report of the Trustees on the Union’s activities since the previous annual Student Members’ meeting
  • A formal presentation of the accounts of the Union
  • Approval of the list of affiliations of the Union (including NUS and BUCS)
  • Open questions to the Trustees by the Student Members

Make sure you come along to hold us accountable and make sure we’re doing all we can for you - we need your input to be the best Union we can be!
