Election Rules & Regulations
Throughout the Election process, there are a set of rules and regulations that candidates need to follow.
These rules & regulations apply to Sabbatical Officer, part-time Officer and NUS Delegate posts.
They exist to ensure all SMSU Elections are run in a free and fair way and it is the responsibility of each candidate to ensure that their campaign follows this ethos. Any breach of elections regulations or this ethos may result in penalties being issued to that campaign and this could include expulsion from the election.
