Blues Awards

The St Mary's Blues Awards are a tradition here – the Half Blues and Full Blues honour those who have made a recognisable contribution to student sport throughout their time at St Mary’s. This could be through their work for a club, the Students Union or Sport St Marys, or through the difference they have made to the development/management of a team and/or club at St Mary’s. Nominations for the Blues Awards open in the Spring. 

It's a huge honour to win these, which is why we run a nominations process which happens before a decision on who should win them is made by our panel which consists of your Sports President and the Sport St Mary's team. All who are awarded either award will need to have made a difference to the development of student sport at St Mary's, and only those who have gone above and beyond will be eligible for the Full Blues award.
