What is the APP? 
Access and participation plans (APPs) have been part of a university’s regulatory requirement since 2018 . They set out how Higher Education providers will improve equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups to access, succeed in and progress from higher education and detail the interventions that providers will make to challenge risks to equality of opportunity over a four year period.
