This petition is regarding disposable cups both for hot and cold beverages are getting charged 50p each. This campaign is so that we become more eco friendly, but I don't understand why PAPER cups which are eco friendly getting charged 50p when they are not bad for the environment. Charging plastic containers a certain price is understandable as they are not environmental, but paper cups. Seriously, and each 50p, people can buy another drink. The pricing of DISPOSABLE cups which is paper feels diabolical and a straight rip-off that has been brought to just charge extra. I am not understanding how material that are eco-friendly being charged 50p. If I save the 50p twice I can get a cold drink for a £1 at the Confectionery. 

Please support this petition to stop this from becoming normal, I don't believe paper cups which are disposable and environmental should be charged anything, and plastic containers being charged 50p is a rip -off. Not alone that the food is expensive already.
