IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Unfortunately, we've had to postpone our sunset and sunrise yoga events that were originally planned for Sunday 16 September due to a last minute cancellation - we will be rescheduling them for a date very soon, and announcing ASAP!
How do I pick up my wristband now that I've bought my ticket online? – Wristbands can be picked up from the Students’ Union in room K11 inside the student square. They can be picked up on Sunday 9th from 10am until 11pm in K11 (the Students' Union Offices) and Monday 10th from 10am until 6pm.
I can't buy my ticket online anymore. Where can I get it? After 9.45am on Sunday 9 September, tickets will only be available from K11. You can buy your ticket either from K11 (the Students' Union Office) between 10am and 8pm or at from door of the St Mary's University Bar (opposite the Students' Union Office) between 8pm and 11pm.
Can I pick up my friend's Big Hello wristband if they’re not around to collect it? – Unfortunately you cannot pick up a wristband for a friend. Each person must come with their student id to pick their own band up – there can be no exceptions to this rule. We will be keeping our ticket desk open until 11pm on the night of our first event and until 2am on the night of our second event to ensure that everyone can collect their wristbands, so there’s no need for anyone else to pick up their friends’ wristbands. If you have bought a friend a ticket under your name, they'll need to come with you to collect their wristband and they'll need to show valid student ID when they pick it up. If you can't come to collect together, the ticket holder can ask for the details on the second ticket to be changed when they come to pick up their own.
