Full body workout with Victoria Anderson - Thursday 11 March, 6 - 6.45pm

Join Victoria for a 45 minute full-body, high intensity class. The class will be adapted for all abilities and no specialist equipment is needed!Get involved and join this workout by clicking here.

Managing the Menstrual Cycle - Thursday 11 March, 7 - 8pm

St Mary’s FA Women’s High Performance Centre (FA WHPFC) will be delivering a session on managing menstrual cycle for coaches and players. Whilst the information will be specific to female football, the knowledge gained will be useful for practitioners across all sports. You can sign up to this really useful talk here.
